How Your Order Journey Works
Right after you've placed your order, we'll ping you with a confirmation email, think of it as our way of saying "cheers, we've got it!" Your order then enters our fulfilment queue, where it typically takes between 0-2 business days to get everything sorted (that's Monday through Friday, naturally).
Once your bits and bobs are ready to head out, we'll drop you another email with all the tracking details. This way, you can obsess over where your parcel is, we've all been there!
From the moment your order leaves our warehouse, you're generally looking at 3-4 business days before it lands on your doorstep.
The brilliant news is that every single order to anywhere in the UK comes with free delivery.
When Things Don't Go According to Plan
Look, we'd love to promise that everything always runs like clockwork, but sometimes the universe has other ideas. However, Christmas madness, bank holidays, absolutely dreadful weather, or just general chaos can throw a proper spanner in the works.
If your order seems to be taking its sweet time, we'd ask you to give it an extra 3 business days before getting in touch. Should it still be playing hide and seek after that, drop us a line at support@mirevi.co.uk and we'll get straight on the case to figure out what's gone wrong.
Changing Your Mind About Orders
We totally get that sometimes you need to cancel an order, life happens! If you need to pull the plug on your order, the sooner you can email us at support@mirevi.co.uk, the better. We'll absolutely do our best to stop everything in its tracks before it gets processed and shipped out.
However, once your order's already in the system being prepped or has already legged it out of our warehouse, we're a bit stuffed when it comes to cancellations or changes. In that case, you'll need to go through our returns process once your parcel actually arrives.
Cancelling an Order
If you’d like to cancel, please contact us at support@mirevi.co.uk as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it. If it’s already on its way, you can still return it once it arrives.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
We'll have a proper look at what's happened and get the right item or a replacement sorted for you sharpish. Our aim is to sort these things out without any faff and make sure you're actually happy with your purchase.
