Shipping Partners
We work with established delivery companies to ensure parcels are handled efficiently from dispatch to delivery. Depending on your location and delivery requirements, orders may be shipped using DPD, Evri, or Royal Mail. The courier is selected automatically once your order is prepared for dispatch.

How Your Order Journey Works
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email confirming receipt. Your order then enters our fulfilment queue, where preparation takes between 0-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Once your order is ready to leave our warehouse, you’ll receive a second email with tracking details so you can follow its progress.

From dispatch, delivery takes between 5-12 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on the courier and destination.

All orders shipped within the United Kingdom include free delivery.

When Things Don’t Go According to Plan
Occasionally, delays can occur due to high-demand periods, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier-related issues.

If your order appears delayed, please allow an additional 3 business days and check your tracking information. If the parcel has still not arrived, contact us at support@mirevi.co.uk with your order number so we can investigate.

Changing Your Mind About Orders
If you need to cancel your order, please email support@mirevi.co.uk as soon as possible. We’ll attempt to stop the order if it hasn’t entered processing.

Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, returns can be arranged after delivery.

Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.
