How To Begin?

To return an item, please email support@mirevi.co.uk with your order details, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable.

Please ensure the item is securely packaged (original packaging is best) to avoid damage in transit. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracking service.

After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.

  • Refund Process

    When we verify the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days for the refund to reflect in your account. You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed.

  • Exchanges

    If you wish to exchange an item for a different variant (size, model, etc.), follow these steps:

    • After receiving your return, we will process and dispatch the replacement.

    Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet these conditions:

  • All tags, labels, and packaging should be intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or general wear and tear.

  • Order Cancellations

    If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mirevi.co.uk. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but if the order has already entered processing or shipping, cancellation is not possible.
