Return and Refund Policy

- 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from delivery to send items back.
- No Extra Fees: We don’t charge restocking fees.
- Refunds: Processed within 7 days after approval.
- Return Postage: You’ll need to cover return shipping costs.
How to Start a Return
Just email us at support@mirevi.co.uk with:
- Your order details
- The reason for your return
- Photos if there’s an issue (like damage or defects)
Once we approve your request, we’ll send you all the details you need, including the return address. Please make sure the item is packed securely, the original packaging works best. We also recommend using a tracked delivery service.
When your return arrives, we’ll check it and process your refund.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method. It usually takes up to 7 days to show in your account, depending on your bank or card provider. We’ll send you an email as soon as it’s processed.

Exchanges
Want a different size, colour, or model? No problem:
- Email support@mirevi.co.uk with your order details and what you’d like to exchange.
- We’ll approve your request and give you return instructions.
- Once we’ve got your return, we’ll send out your replacement.
If the item you want isn’t in stock, we’ll refund you instead.
Return Conditions
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Sent back with all tags, labels, and packaging
We can’t accept returns for items damaged through misuse, poor handling, or normal wear and tear. Returns made after 30 days won’t be accepted.
Cancelling an Order
If you’d like to cancel, please contact us at support@mirevi.co.uk as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it. If it’s already on its way, you can still return it once it arrives.
Is there an issue with your order?
We’re sorry if you’ve received the wrong item or something that’s faulty. Here’s what to do:
- Take a few clear photos of the problem (and the packaging if relevant).
- Email support@mirevi.co.uk with your order number and the pictures.
Once we’ve checked, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
